Wrap Recipe

Doesn’t this look good?

It is soooo easy to make.

Lavish Wrap as the foundation. Then layer it with the following:

Guacamole

Brown Rice

Black Beans

Corn

Spinach and any other greens you want to add

Tomatoes

Onions

Salsa

You can add anything you want.

Fold over the wrap and enjoy!

I have my corn, rice and beans heated.

Quick and Easy Breakfast

I need quick and easy but I also want healthy. This fits into that category.

Oats, 2 T. flax seed meal, choice of fruit,{ I used blueberries, bananas and strawberries in this bowl} and almond milk.

Full of health!!!

Quick and easy dessert

NEOPOLITAN SMOOTHIE

2 frozen bananas

1 cup strawberries {fresh or frozen]

1 T. unsweetened cocoa

1/2c. non dairy milkĀ  {we use almond milk}

Combine all ingredients in a blender and whiz until smooth, adding more nondairy milk as necessary. If using frozen strawberries, expect to use significantly more nondairy milk.

 

There are days you need a quick, easy, sweet treat. This is perfect for those days.
